Worst Insurance Agency Experience Ever: This is the first time I had such a bad experience with any insurance agency that too any one with State Farm. First, the agents at this agency are very unprofessional, they never call you when you need them even if you leave message to be called back. They will hide the facts from you for an auto policy to give you lower quote and when you pay the money they will tell you - oh we signed you up for that service to reduce your premium, what?? when you were suppose to tell about it??? and when I try to contact the owner of the agency about this issue they will never transfer the call to him and will give you some random reason. I cancelled my policy with them in few mins after taking the policy, as soon as I realized what they did with me. DON'T ever go to them if you don't want to feel being cheated. Not to mention very rude staff. I wish I could give 0 star. Edit after reading the response: Please stop twisting the facts and try to paint wrong picture. This was never discussed or mentioned verbally or in written form anywhere till I made the payment. I am taking insurance for last 20 years so very well know how it works. I will not respond after this so anyone reading this please use your judgment in dealing with this agency.

Really easy process to get setup and the pricing were drastically better than GEICO and Progressive. With those combined, the decision was a no brained. They even followed up to check if the app was working well so good customer service.
